WHAT HAPPENS TO A WHISPER
- Saved securely to the whisper archive — no name, no IP, no trail.
- Kitten reads every one; the best feed Kitten Answers video episodes.
- Crisis-flagged language summons resource cards — care, not punishment.
- Never traced back. That's the design and the promise.
